Returns Policy
You can return any item for a refund, within 365 days of receiving your original order. The right can be exercised without giving any specific reason by sending a message to us of this via ordinary mail or e-mail.
NOTE: You cannot exercise the right to return by refusing to accept your packet or by failing to pick it up at the carrier.

When sending a notice of withdrawal of your purchase, you must return the item to us at the address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days after announcement of the withdrawal. We have the right to require evidence that the product is shipped within the deadline. For shipping the item must be packed safely. Please enclose a copy of your notice of withdrawal.
Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. If returned goods show signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the item, you are liable for the depreciation of the product value. We estimate the possible value from a specific assessment of the returned item based on the following guidelines for depreciation in value:
A refund will be issued as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of your notice of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received the product / goods back for inspection, or until you have produced evidence that the product is returned, whichever comes first.
If you withdraw from the purchase in accordance with these conditions, we will refund the purchase price, assuming there is no impairment. Unless you have given us instructions to the contrary, we will make the refund using the same payment method that you used to make the original transaction.
