SHIPPING - EU COUNTRIES
We only deliver within EU using United Postal Service (UPS). Delivery time is normally between 1-7 working days depending on order processing time and the country the order ships to.
UPS operates from 8 am-6 pm. UPS will deliver to the address you have provided as your shipping address when placing your order. If you are unable to receive the package at the time of delivery, a notice will be left stating that delivery has been attempted. Thereafter, a second and, if necessary, a third attempt to deliver the package will be made at no additional charge UPS will either contact you by phone or leave a note with a phone number so that you can request a new delivery time. If UPS is unable to deliver the package after the third delivery attempt, your order will be shipped back to junkdeluxe.com, in which case junkdeluxe.com is not accountable for any additional costs.
Please note that the shipping address does not necessarily have to be the same as the billing address. This is optional. Delivery is far cheaper if you use your work address as your shipping address. Deliveries are not available to P.O. Box addresses.
Junkdeluxe.com operates Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. Your order will be processed within 1-7 business days of your order placement.
Order processing time will increase in case problems occur due to inaccurate information provided by you, card payment clearance or stock availability. Junkdeluxe.com can not guarantee that all items listed online are in stock at the time of your order. If there is a problem with the stock balance of the item you have ordered we will inform you via e-mail or phone. Please note that the first e-mail you receive from us serves as a confirmation that we have received your order. You will receive a second e-mail when your order has been cleared and shipped.
PAYMENT
Junkdeluxe.com accepts payments by the following credit cards: Visa, Visa electron, MasterCard, American Express, Euro card, Jcb, V-pay and Maestro.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Aarhus - Denmark. The prices correspond to retail prices in Euro (EUR) in your country and are subject to Danish VAT tax which is 25%. The amount of the invoice will be charged to your account on the date of the shipment. Placing your order means that you are engaged in a contract, and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered, as well as all our Terms & conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY
The information collected during your transaction will be handled with care and kept in privacy. It will only be used to enable us to offer you the best service possible, such as informing you of our special offers and other events.
Junkdeluxe.com does not provide third-party web sites with any of your personal identifiable information for marketing or other purposes. You have the right to know how we store and use your information. In case it is incomplete or wrong, you have the right to correct it or delete it.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- According to Danish law, you have the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days of their receipt. You may exchange items for a different size by returning them to Junk de Luxe and requesting replacements. You must then cover all the shipping costs for the replacement delivery. In order to approve a refund or an exchange the garments must be returned to us with a valid/original invoice in the same condition as you have received them. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been worn, washed or if the label has been removed. Refunds on a returned item will be issued within two weeks upon receiving of the garment in Denmark. Please be sure that the following return conditions are met:
- Purchases must be returned with the Return form.
- Products returned must be in their unused, original condition with all original product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered items or anything we reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
